Sea Breeze Guesthouse is an ideal establishment for short term and long term contractors. Sea Breeze (previously Kimberley's Guesthouse) is located close to the town centre and Trecco Bay in Porthcawl. We provide rooms only, with use of a kitchen for self catering purposes. Free internet broadband is also provided. It is very close to the Blue flag beaches at Trecco and Rest Bay on South East Wales Golden Coast. Sea Breeze is well placed whether you are visiting Porthcawl for business or pleasure.There is plenty to do and see in the location of Porthcawl, for example the town centre, harbour and promenade.The relatively flat promenade and coastal plain is ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. Porthcawl provides excellent facilities all year round for tourists and locals. Nearby is Trecco Bay holiday park, home to Europe's largest caravan resort with a host of entertainment and attractions for everyone.The sands reach up to a rocky shoreline then is enveloped by acres of common land where one can relax.Rest Bay is popular with families, windsurfers and surfers and has been awarded the European Blue Flag plus a Tidy Britain Seaside Award in previous years. Rest Bay also offers ample car parking.Coney Beach is wide and clean and is host to various entertainment including trampolining and donkey rides. Also found in the vicinity of Coney Beach is the Pleasure Park It has a variety of rides and amusements. Also wiithin a short distance are numerous golf clubs. During the summer pleasure steamers Waverley and Balmoral leave Porthcawl's harbour for cruises along the Bristol Channel, and over to Lundy Island. Take a sea-fishing trip or learn scuba diving with qualified instructors. Sign up for surf lessons with Porthcawl's very own Surfing Academy. Visit the indoor skateboarding centre right on the harbour or try sand kiting with the largest kite centre in Britain. Kenfig Nation Nature Reserve is one of the most impressive conservation sites in Wales and is found only a few minutes drive north of Porthcawl. At Porthcawls wonderful pavilion they hold top name shows, music festivals, comedy evenings, musical theatre, children's shows, and of course - pantomime.The pavilion is situated on the Esplanade and has spectacular views out onto the beach front.

After leaving the motorway at junction 37, follow signs to Parthcawl. Once entering Porthcawl at the first roundabout take the first exit (signposted Bridgend), carry along road (watch out for speed trap) then onto another roundabout. Take second exit and continue until you reach another small roundabout. Take second exit, go over the speed bumps on New Road. When you reach another roundabout (Newton School on left) turn left into Mackworth Road. The guest house is about 6 houses along on your right .Parking - as you turn into Mackworth Rd, take 1st left (Sandy Lane) past school, where there is a large car park at the top on your right. Walk down to house.
